What to Expect

The Journey:
Through a sequence of down-regulating breath practices (deep belly breathing, coherent breathing, box breathing, and the 4:2:6 method), you’ll gently release accumulated stress. Midway, we introduce infinity breathing for subtle activation, before moving into an empty-lung breath hold and release that helps restore balance.

This flow cultivates calm, centeredness, clarity, and serenity—a guided inner retreat where you can breathe away what no longer serves and invite back ease.

🌀 Subliminal affirmations woven into the music will softly anchor your nervous system in peace, presence, and self-trust.
