The Strengths Model Case Management Workshop is a three-session event totaling twelve (12) hours. Participants must attend all three sessions to receive credit and continuing education units.

Yes, the Strengths Model Case Management Workshop is a three-session event totaling twelve (12) hours. You must attend all three sessions to receive a certificate for attending. The registration fee covers all three sessions.

Is the SMCM Workshop only for case managers?

While the training is primarily structured for case managers, other providers have attended our SMCM workshop and found the tools, approaches, and interventions applicable to their work, including clinicians, substance use counselors, housing and employment specialists, and peer support staff.

Are there opportunities to get support around the model after attending the SMCM workshop?

Yes. Strengths Model Inc. provides a wide variety of supports to help staff continue their learning, including, but not limited to, coaching calls for teams and their supervisor, customized webinars on specific topics, and quality reviews to help organizations better align with the model.
