Event description

Description

We know that the strategic use of data and evidence can lead to better development outcomes. Yet despite spending over USD $2.5 billion each year collecting results data – output and outcome indicators – donor agency and country government staff infrequently use these M&E data to inform policymaking.

How can we make smarter investments to ensure that data collected are efficient, effective, and used by both donors and their country partners?

Join leading experts and practitioners this December in Washington, DC, to explore approaches for bridging the “results data use gap.” This event is being convened by Development Gateway through the Results Data Initiative (RDI), supported by the Bill & Melinda Gates Foundation.
