Hybrid and remote work arrangements provide flexibility and a sense of control over work, which is highly valued by employees. However, working remotely presents challenges and barriers to communication, relationship building, and collaboration, and even wellbeing, which are important for team effectiveness and a purpose driven workplace culture.
This training will focus on practical techniques for fostering trust, creating a sense of belonging, and enhancing teamwork, all while working from different locations.
