A two-hour, interactive virtual workshop to help leaders learn and practice a five-step framework, rooted in the science of psychological safety, that makes every conversation—virtual or otherwise—fuel a culture of inclusion, high performance, trust and wellbeing.

The pandemic created a forced experiment for companies to accelerate their plans to enable their people to work remotely. And this experiment has reset non-essential employees’ expectations moving forward. According to a FlexJobs’ research study, 58% of respondents want to be full-time remote employees, while 39% desire a hybrid work environment, resulting in 97% of employees desiring some form of remote work. That same survey also found that 58% of respondents would ‘absolutely’ look for a new job if they cannot continue remote work.

And yet most leaders with whom we speak express concerns that their culture don’t seem as strong in a remote working environment. How can we reconcile the need to have strong cultures with the need to offer more opportunities for remote work? We believe that it is through intentional, personalized, two-way communication that establishes a foundation of trust, enables people to be their authentic selves and allows people to feel respected and cared for.

NOTE: We know from research that the skills built in this workshop are best learned in the experiential environment, therefore all participants are expected to be on camera and actively participating throughout the entire workshop.
