Do you want to improve your running? Join us every Sunday for FREE strength training and recovery for runners classes!

Strength training and recovery are an essential supplements to your running that are often overlooked. Whether your are training for a PR or if it's your first race, adding strength training and recovery to your routine will not only improve your performance but also reduce your risk of injury.

The entire staff here at ENDVR Active Community are runners. We run with a number of local running groups throughout the week. Because we are avid runners, we understand the common issues runners face. We have designed FREE fun, social Sunday strength training and recovery classes designed specifically for runners and the issues they may face while training. During the strength training portion, we will work on performance, core strength, balance, deceleration, stability, mobility and more. Following the strength workout, the recovery session will consist of active release therapy, foam rolling, joint distraction, static and dynamic stretching and more.

Stick around after for some social time with your fellow runners. Bring your favorite adult beverage, play some games and mix and mingle.

We also offer Sauna and Ice Bath Therapy. Our regular rate is $25 per session but it will be available to attendees for only $15 per session. As a runner, if you haven't tried Sauna and Ice Bath Therapy we highly encourage it. It will change your life!

Every Sunday:

Strength Training For Runners: 9:30am

Recovery: 10:15am

Sauna and Ice Bath Therapy: 10:30am-12:30pm
