Get ready to sweat and strengthen your core at our STRENGTH & CORE event - it's time to feel the burn and build those muscles!

Welcome to STRENGTH & CORE at Uncaged Fitness! ✨

Hosted by Coach Courtney & Allie 💕

This one-hour, in-person workout is designed to help you build strength, improve core stability, and tone your entire body through intentional, controlled movements.


We’ll use a mix of bands and weights to challenge your muscles and elevate your mind-body connection — with guidance every step of the way. Whether you’re a beginner or an experienced lifter, this class will leave you feeling strong, confident, and empowered.


Come sweat, connect, and train alongside a supportive community of women who are ready to feel their best ; inside and out.

We’ll also have a special guest from @SoftEnergyJuices offering refreshing glow juices packed with vitamins and antioxidants to help you feel that glow from the inside out!
