Street Protest as part of Creating Change

This highly interactive workshop provides an overview of street protest as a part of a strategy for social change, along with concrete skills on ways to partitipcate in protests in ways to maximize your impact and can keep you safe while participating.

Carla Wallace from LSURJ and Rus Funk from the Justice Center will cofacilitate this workshop. Together, they have years of experience in nonviolence organizing, civil disobedience, and protest planning.
