Strategy to Execution: Aligning Through Sales and Operations Planning
Overview
Organizations can struggle to translate strategy into coordinated action. Even with clear goals, teams often work in silos, plans change rapidly, and resources become misaligned. Designed for leadership teams to come together, this course helps leaders bridge the gap between strategic intent and day-to-day operational execution. Participants learn how to turn organizational priorities into actionable, cross-functional plans that connect leadership direction with real-world capacity, resources, and customer demand. Through practical frameworks and relatable examples, the session demonstrates how Sales and Operations Planning (S&OP)—or SIOP—creates visibility, discipline, and alignment across the enterprise so that strategy becomes a coordinated, repeatable process rather than an annual event.
