Coping with a loved one’s substance use disorder can be overwhelming, but there are ways to foster resilience and healing. Join us for this workshop, where we will provide practical strategies for effectively communicating your needs while maintaining healthy boundaries. You'll leave with a strong foundation and valuable resources to support your journey toward healing and empowerment.
