Stones of Intention: Clay Workshop
Overview
Stones of Intention
Create. Connect. Carry Calm.
Step into a restorative wellness break rooted in communal making and ancient calming wisdom. In this hands-on workshop, participants slow down, engage their hands, and craft with intention and compassion.
What’s happening:
Join a movement of circular making as you work with clay to create worry stones—tactile tools designed to foster grounding, presence, and calm. Each stone travels through multiple stages of creation: shaping, modeling, glazing, and firing. In this way, every piece is touched and transformed by multiple hands, allowing participants to both give and receive care.
Participants will:
- Shape and mold worry stones from clay
- Glaze stones created in previous workshops
- Select finished stones made by others to take home, use as personal tools, or share with their community as messages of resilience and care
The workshop culminates in a guided breathwork session, teaching a simple technique to pair with the worry stone, amplifying its calming and grounding effects.
Stones of Intention isn’t just a workshop—it’s a new wellness ritual, a tactile pause from the day-to-day that connects creativity, mindfulness, and community.
