Stoics In The Park: The Art of Stillness (Marcus Aurelius)
Overview
Stoics In The Park: The Art of Stillness (Marcus Aurelius)
While the Jackalope Art Fair fills Central Park with color and creativity, we’ll gather nearby for something quieter — a small circle of reflection and good company. Together we’ll read a few lines from the great Stoic Marcus Aurelius and explore how to find calm and presence in the middle of everyday life.
Bring a blanket, grab a friend, or just come as you are — it’s a simple gathering for anyone curious about timeless wisdom and the art of living well.
Open, free, and friendly.
P.S. We happen to have two extra Stoic books lying around — We'll give one of them away in the end of this gathering and the other one in the gathering of 2 pm
