Stitching Stories of Troubles & Triumphs

If you're experiencing overwhelming stressors or losses, have recently been fired or laid off from work, or if you just want to be in creative community as an antidote for stressful times, you're invited. Each workshop will be different, so you're welcome to attend one or both. 

In these workshops, we will come together to explore and share our experiences of challenges along with what’s helping to sustain us.  Facilitators will support participants in crafting a meaningful part of their stories using art materials and fabric, needle and thread. We will also learn techniques and practices that will calm our nervous systems and that can be used anytime or any place. 

No art or stitching experience necessary, materials are provided, and there is no charge.
