In our busy world full of distraction, it's hard to be still; learn I-Chuan/ “Mind Boxing,” a Chinese practice to relax your mind & spirit.

In our busy world full of distraction, it is hard to allow ourselves to be still. In this class we will learn the Chinese practice of I-Chuan or “Mind Boxing”. Static standing postures involve your whole being and facilitate the natural integration and balance of body, mind and spirit. Relax your logical mind and rekindle your spirit through simply being.
