Do I need to print my ticket?

No, we accept tickets displayed on phones or printed copies. If you are not able to hold your ticket on your phone, please make sure you have ID with you so we can find you on our guest list.

Are there toilets available?

Yes, there are toilets available on the ground floor of the Beecroft Art Gallery.

Is there wheelchair access?

Yes, the Lecture Theatre is on the ground floor of the gallery, and there are no steps to access the room. There is space for wheelchairs at the front of the theatre.

Once booked, can I have my ticket refunded?

No, unfortunately we are unable to change the ticket once booked. To avoid any disappointment, we would ask that before completing the purchase of tickets you are confident in being able to fulfil your booking. Tickets are non-refundable.
