Stepping Up and Letting Go Workshop

Typically, the fee for this program is $300, however, thanks to the generosity of the Institute’s philanthropic donors, we are proud to offer this program for $25.

Letting go isn’t easy — but it’s essential. In this workshop, leaders will explore how delegation is not just a practical necessity, but a powerful tool for leadership growth. Through self-reflection, peer learning and practical frameworks, you’ll uncover the personal and systemic barriers that make delegation challenging and gain tools to overcome them. You’ll walk away with fresh insight, increased confidence and a personal plan to delegate more effectively — so you can step fully into the leader your team needs you to be.
