Ready to move with purpose, build community, and boost your wellness? Join us for a powerful walk led by Wellness Coach Tiah, a certified fitness instructor with over 16 years of experience helping people level up their health and mindset.

🗓 Every Saturday at 9:00 AM📍 Waterbury, CT – Location shared upon registration💲 Only $1 per walk or $25 for an annual membership✨ Discounts available for first responders, veterans, and teachers!

Walks include a warm-up, community connection, 1–4 miles of movement, and a closing affirmation circle. All fitness levels welcome!
