Step Into Strength is a 6-week guided walking + journaling experience designed to support you in walking your first 5K, at your pace, in your power. It’s equal parts soul work and steady movement—wrapped in sisterhood and sacred reflection.
Whether you’re coming out of a hard season, navigating a new one, or simply craving a gentler path to wellness… this program meets you right where you are.

While our guided 6-week program runs through mid-August, we’re planting a shared goal:
To walk your first 5K by early October.
Two optional community 5K walks will take place in Winston-Salem the weekend of October 4–5, open to all local participants. For those joining virtually, you’ll be encouraged to plan your own finish line walk wherever you are—with support from our Step Sisters community. Be sure to share your walk in our private facebook group. We want to celebrate with you!
Whether you walk solo or alongside us, this is your celebration.

Not at all! This is a hybrid program designed to support women from anywhere. If you’re local, you’re invited to join us for in-person meetups. If you’re participating virtually, you’ll still have access to everything else—and the support of our online community.
The program officially begins Tuesday, July 8 and runs through Saturday, August 16. Journals will be emailed on July 1, and the first Zoom call takes place Tuesday, July 8 at 7:30 PM ET.
No problem! Replays will be available for all calls. You’re encouraged to attend at least 3 live calls for connection and community, but we understand life happens.
No running required. This program is intentionally gentle and beginner-friendly. It’s about walking at your pace, listening to your body, and building strength one step at a time. You don’t need to be “ready”—you just need to begin.
Yes! A printed version of the journal will be available in future rounds. For this session, you’ll receive a printable PDF. You can print it at home or have it printed locally at your favorite copy shop.
