What should I wear for the photoshoot?

For the Southern Santa Experience, coordinate outfits for a timeless, magical look. Classic matching pajamas, Victorian-style nightgowns, or patterned pajamas work for kids. Bare feet or slippers complete the cozy vibe. For a dressed-up look, choose deep reds, greens, creams, or golds.

How long after the photoshoot will I receive my pictures?

We know you're excited to see your stunning photos! If you purchase a photography package, our editing process typically takes between 1 to 2 weeks. Once your images are ready, we'll provide you with access to a secure online gallery to view, download, and share your cherished memories.

Question 3

What is your sick policy & what safety measures do you have in place?

Accepted Answer

Your family’s safety is our top priority. All guests must be symptom-free for 48 hours. Sick attendees will be asked to reschedule. We follow strict sanitation protocols, disinfecting all surfaces and props between sessions. Credits or reschedules available if needed.

What happens if we are late or need to cancel or reschedule?

If you’re late, text us ASAP. Sessions over 15 mins late may be shortened or forfeited. Bookings are non-refundable, but advance notice may allow rescheduling or credit toward future sessions. No-shows forfeit rescheduling rights.

Can I come early?

We ask that you arrive  5 minutes before your scheduled appointment. Please do not come more than 5 minutes before your timed appointment as we need to set up in-between sessions. Can we come with friends or multiple families come together?

Accepted Answer

For the child-only package, space is limited. Up to 2 adults may accompany up to 4 children. For larger families or additional adults, please choose our 30-minute Family Package to include everyone in the photos.

Can we bring other family members or friends to watch the session?

Accepted Answer

Due to the size of the space, we only allow 2 adults to accompany the child/children to the studio. unless a family/group package was purchased.

Can we take photos or videos with our camera?

Accepted Answer

To keep the experience magical and distraction-free, no cameras or cell phones are permitted inside the studio. Professional photography packages will be available for purchase, starting at $50, so you can take home beautifully captured memories.

Question 9

Can we bring a gift for Santa’s bag for our children?

Accepted Answer

Each child receives a gift from Santa’s bag. To add another, bring an unwrapped gift with a name tag in a bag. Give it to the elf greeter on arrival, and it will be placed in Santa’s bag to be given near the end of their visit.

Are parents allowed in the photos?

Accepted Answer

The child-only package focuses on interactive, candid moments with Santa, not posed family photos. For formal holiday photos with family or multiple posed shots, please book the Family/Group Portrait Package for extra time.

Can the parents watch?

Accepted Answer

Parents can enjoy the magic from a viewing area but should turn off phones and avoid giving directions. Santa and the photographer guide the experience to capture all moments. For formal family photos, please book the Family/Group Package.

Question 12

What happens if my child is afraid of Santa? Is there an age requirement?

Accepted Answer

Babies may cry or show stranger danger—totally normal! Children should be old enough to interact with Santa. Private sessions allow extra time to get comfortable. Parents may sit with shy kids or step out if a child becomes upset to avoid disturbing others.
