Where do I park?

There is free on-street parking in front of the home and along the nearby side streets. Please be respectful of our neighbors and avoid blocking driveways.

Is the house really haunted?

Yes. Guests and residents alike have reported unusual occurrences over the years — footsteps, flickering lights, and unexplained sensations. We lean into the history and energy of the home, but everything is experienced with respect and care.

How many people can attend?

Each event is limited to 8 guests for an intimate, immersive experience. This is not a crowded tour — it’s a personal evening of storytelling, history, and energy exploration.

What happens during the event?

You’ll enjoy a historic home tour, a class on ghosts and spirit communication, and candlelit storytelling with a seasonal cocktail or mocktail. Expect both chills and laughter — and a few surprises.

What should I wear?

Dress comfortably, but feel free to lean into the theme — Victorian, Gothic, or ghost-tour casual! We’ll move through the house so practical shoes are recommended.

Your ticket includes one themed cocktail (or mocktail). Light snacks may be offered. Additional beverages are available for a small fee.

Can I take photos or video?

Yes — photos are welcome (especially at our Instagram black-and-white photo nook in the parlor!). However, we ask that you silence phones during storytelling and respect others’ experience.

Is this a seance?

No. This is an educational and experiential class on energy, intuition, and spirit communication — not a seance or summoning. It’s about awareness, not provocation.

What's your refund policy?

Tickets are nonrefundable but can be transferred to another guest if you can’t attend. Please contact us at least 24 hours before your scheduled session.

Is overnight lodging available?

Yes! Guests can book an overnight stay at the haunted Three Bears House (Papa Bear Room) through Airbnb. Availability is limited during October, so book early.
