Join therapist Kirra Williams, LCSW, for Step HER Way to Balance: Walk with a Therapist — a guided two-mile wellness walk designed to help women reset, reflect, and reconnect.
This meetup blends movement, mindfulness, and meaningful conversation. It’s not a fitness challenge or therapy session — it’s an intentional space to walk, breathe, and grow alongside other women who value self-care and emotional wellness.
Each walk includes a reflection theme to think on as you move (topics like boundaries, self-esteem, or self-care) and optional conversation prompts to spark authentic connection. Whether you’re walking for clarity, companionship, or calm, you’ll leave feeling grounded, lighter, and re-energized.
What to Expect:
- A relaxed 2-mile walk with the option to extend if the group desires
- Reflection topic + optional prompts for connection
- Gentle opening and closing reflections led by therapist Kirra Williams, LCSW
