Victoria Jennings serves as the Certification Specialist at the Minority Business Assistance Center (MBAC) in Cleveland, where she plays a vital role in helping small and minority-owned businesses navigate the state certification process. With a strong commitment to economic equity and business growth, Victoria specializes in guiding entrepreneurs through the application steps for certifications such as MBE, EDGE, WBE, and more.
Through her hands-on support, Victoria empowers business owners to become state-certified, opening the door to government contracts, funding opportunities, and set-aside programs. Her goal is to ensure every client is equipped with the tools and knowledge they need to succeed and scale their business in Ohio’s competitive marketplace.

The Economic & Community Development Institute's Women's Business Centers of Ohio guide individuals at any stage of the business process. Through one-on-one counseling sessions with WBC staff and volunteers, you can get the direction and resources to meet your goals. Business advisers want to help you successfully start a business, or grow and expand your existing business -- increasing revenue and creating jobs for the local economy.
The WBCs present training workshops regularly to provide access to small business knowledge at no charge. They are the only SBA-funded Women's Business Centers in the state.
