SLH Impact is bringing inspiration and innovation to Ralph J. Steinhauer Elementary School with a special event designed to spark curiosity and excitement about STEM.
On Saturday, November 8th from 10:00 AM – 1:00 PM, students will have the unique opportunity to meet Priscilla Loomis, Olympic high jumper, motivational speaker, and advocate for youth empowerment.
The day begins with a complimentary continental breakfast, followed by an inspiring keynote from Priscilla as she shares her Olympic journey, the discipline of athletics, and how sports and STEM connect to create limitless opportunities.
Afterward, students will dive into hands-on STEM activities, including a lip gloss–making project that combines science, creativity, and fun.
This event is designed to show students that STEM is not only powerful, but also accessible, exciting, and deeply connected to their everyday passions, whether in sports, innovation, or self-expression.
There will be photo and video taken of this event for promotional purposes. If you do not want your child included, please make us aware at sarah@slhimpact.com.
