S.T.E.A.M in the Capital - Simple & Complex Machines
Overview
Calling all young builders and problem-solvers! Join us for S.T.E.A.M in the Capital – Simple & Complex Machines, where children will explore how everyday machines make work easier through hands-on discovery and creative engineering.
In this interactive workshop, participants will learn about simple machines such as levers, pulleys, wheels and axles, inclined planes, wedges, and screws. Students will then see how these simple machines combine to form complex machines used in real-world tools and structures.
Through guided activities and building challenges, children will experiment, test ideas, and apply engineering thinking to solve problems. Our experienced instructors will create a supportive and engaging environment where curiosity, creativity, and teamwork thrive.
Perfect for beginners and young learners, this workshop helps students build confidence while developing critical thinking and foundational engineering skills in a fun S.T.E.A.M setting.
