Steady & Slow (Hatha)
Overview
Through a carefully paced sequence, participants will explore mindful stretching, gentle strengthening exercises, and breath-centered movements that help increase flexibility, release tension, and support healthy joints. The practice emphasizes alignment, stability, and body awareness, encouraging students to move safely while challenging their range of motion.
This slow and mindful Hatha class is open to all levels, whether you're a beginner or an experienced practitioner. No sweat - just a space to be, breathe, and reconnect with yourself.
This class is held in English.
The Art.OM studio is located on the ground floor, just to the left in the hallway when you enter the building. You can bring your own mat or use one of ours.
