Overview
When clients are dysregulated, it can be difficult for providers to maintain regulation. This training will seek to increase skills in responding to challenging situations in various settings, including during therapy sessions. When clients become angry, frustrated, or shut down, how can we slow down to become curious about what is happening internally (for clients and ourselves) and respond in a way that supports regulation? Come to this training to explore this question!
