Staying Grounded: De-Escalation & Bystander Skills for Safer Interactions

This learning opportunity will review de-escalation methods and bystander training so attendees leave with skills to interact with those who may not be emotionally regulated, abusive, and/or hostile. Opportunities to practice techniques and be engaged are part of this training.
