Join us at the State of Science in ADRD: Integrating the 4Ms

The State of Science in Alzheimer’s Disease and Related Dementias (ADRD) event will focus on advancing evidence-based approaches to dementia care through the integration of the 4Ms Framework—What Matters, Medication, Mentation, and Mobility. Expert speakers will present current science and practical applications across the continuum of care, emphasizing person-centered, age-friendly strategies.

Key sessions will address comprehensive Alzheimer’s evaluation and diagnosis, updates in ADRD treatment and management, and practical guidance on applying the 4Ms in primary care to support early identification, care coordination, and improved outcomes. Presentations will also highlight effective caregiver communication strategies to promote shared decision-making and reduce caregiver burden. In addition, speakers will examine the essential role of long-term care settings in delivering consistent, high-quality ADRD care aligned with the 4Ms framework.

Overall, the event will underscore the importance of integrating clinical science with the 4Ms to promote coordinated, compassionate, and high-value care for individuals living with ADRD and their caregivers across healthcare settings.
