About this event

  • Event lasts 2 hours

In the fast-paced world of startups, time and resources are your most precious commodities. The "build it and they will come" mentality is a recipe for disaster. This lecture cuts through the noise and dives deep into the single most important concept for modern entrepreneurs: the Minimum Viable Product (MVP).

Bringing you a practical, no-nonsense virtual session designed specifically for startup founders. We'll demystify the MVP, moving beyond the jargon to give you a clear, actionable framework for launching your ideas smarter and faster. You'll learn how to identify the absolute core functionality your product needs to solve a real-world problem for your target customers.

Discover how an MVP isn't about creating a cheap or incomplete product, but about maximizing your learning while minimizing your risk. We'll explore real-world case studies of successful companies that started with a simple MVP and iterated their way to market dominance. You'll leave this lecture with the tools and confidence to avoid common pitfalls, validate your business ideas efficiently, and start building a product that has the potential for real-world traction and investment.

In this lecture, you will learn:

What an MVP truly is (and isn't): Debunking common myths and misconceptions.
The "Why": How the MVP approach saves you time, money, and heartache.
Finding Your Core: A step-by-step guide to identifying the essential features for your first launch.
Building Your MVP: Exploring different MVP types (from landing pages to "Wizard of Oz" prototypes) and choosing the right one for your startup.
From Launch to Learning: How to effectively use your MVP to gather crucial customer feedback and data.
The Iterate and Evolve Roadmap: Turning your initial MVP into a scalable and successful product.
Common MVP Mistakes: Pitfalls to avoid that can derail your progress.
