What is Startup Mixer?

The AI/ML Startup Mixer, organized by Entrepreneurs Arch, is a curated networking meetup designed exclusively for entrepreneurs, innovators, and investors shaping the AI and Machine Learning ecosystem.

Our goal is simple — to connect people who build, invest, and lead in AI/ML.

Engage in meaningful discussions, exchange ideas, explore collaborations, and close your weekend with fresh perspectives and valuable connections.

This is a curated and ticketed event (Fee: ₹700). The payment link will be shared only with approved participants.

Who is this for? (From AI/ML Industry)

This meetup is invite-only and designed for those who value depth over volume — individuals serious about building genuine, long-term relationships within the AI/ML space.

You’re eligible if you meet one of the following criteria:

• Founder/Co-Founder/CXO of an AI/ML-driven business (Product or Service)
• Director leading AI/ML initiatives or teams
• Startup at MVP Stage or Beyond with a validated AI/ML product or early customer traction
• Investor/Senior Investment Analyst actively investing in AI/ML startups
• Industry Veteran (A senior executive with 8+ years of experience in a specific domain or industry)
  

Why should you attend?

• Curation: Each profile undergoes thorough screening, ensuring participation in the mixer is reserved for those meeting specific criteria or receiving recommendations from past attendees.
• Limited Attendees: Drawing from past experiences, we cap attendance at 25-30 individuals for the mixer. This approach alleviates FOMO, allowing you to concentrate on discussions and network at your own pace and convenience.
• No Frills & Distractions: Unlike typical events, our meetup is exclusively focused on networking. We don’t include speaker sessions or Q&A segments that can divert attention or reduce the time dedicated to meaningful connections.

• We offer only 30 slots, with 3 reserved for entrepreneurs from Service agencies (CA, Legal, Designing, Content Writing, etc) that have worked with AI/ML based companies
• If you don't meet the event criteria, we will not be sharing the exact venue and payment details with you, and your registration will be considered cancelled.
• If we have any queries regarding the details you have submitted, we will reach out to you. If the queries are not addressed in time, your registration will be cancelled.
• The location shared publicly is indicative and meant to give you a general idea of the travel distance and area. Exact venue details are shared only with the approved attendees.
