This 16 Days of Activism webinar aims to raise domestic abuse awareness and help get people to safety as part of our Know, See, Speak Out campaign.

Issues discussed include references to domestic abuse. Please consider this before joining.

This working with perpetrators webinar will be led by Peter Williams, West Kent Facilitator, Kent Community Domestic Abuse Programme (CDAP).

This webinar will cover:

• Overview of Kent CDAP and the past 20 years of service to the people of Kent and beyond.

• What Kent CDAP has done for me and my family? - Personal accounts of 3 past attendees.

• Duluth model - What we do and how do we do it? Referral process, example of learning exercise, vinyette and an example of a non-controlling strategies.

• Support offered to female partners of the men attending, by our 'women's safety workers' - Q & A with a person providing this role.

• The future - our strengths, challenges, opportunities.
