What is the refund policy if Covid-19 restrictions prevent this event from being held?

If Covid-19 Restrictions causes this event to be cancelled, full refunds will be issued approximately 5 days after March 21, 2026. However, if this event is postponed or rescheduled, there will be no refunds or ticket transfers if you are not able to attend.

Can my tickets be transferred if I am not able to attend?

Unfortunately, there is no refund or ticket transfers available if you are not able to attend for personal reasons other than the event being cancelled.

Are there ID or minimum age requirements to enter the event?

Yes 21 and over for events with cash bar (*Nightly Parties)

What is my transportation/parking options for getting to and from the event?

You will have a resort parking pass if you're staying at the host resort. If not, the front desk will issue you one for free by you showing them your event pass.
