About Your Instructor
Lynne Nicole Smith, has been immersed in the world of Qigong for over two decades. As a senior trainer with the Institute of Integral Qigong and T'ai Chi, Lynne has not only witnessed the transformative power of Qigong but has lived it.
Having healed her nervous system through Qigong, Lynne's life story is a testament to the effectiveness of this ancient practice. Beyond physical well-being, Qigong has played a pivotal role in healing her nervous system and restoring emotional balance and peace in her life.
She has reached thousands of students leading trainings, C.E. courses, retreats, classes and workshops for the past 23 years. Lynne is deeply committed to sharing ways we can use this practice in our lives to relieve physical pain, heal our heart and calm the mind throughout the challenges that life presents us.
She hopes to have the opportunity to practice with you so you can discover new tools you can use any time to access the healing energy that lives within you, within the practice and within nature itself.
