Course Description:

Clinicians need to be educated on the current trends and techniques related to the development of relevant and effective exercise programs for their patients.

At the conclusion of this course, participants will utilize the principles of rehabilitation, strength and conditioning, exercise programming and prescription to build and adjust a patient's therapy program in order to help them achieve their functional goals.

Learning Objectives:

Define basic/advanced strength and conditioning principles and exercise programming
Establish an Exercise prescription/programming within scope of PT practice
Determine key concepts in developing an exercise program for various populations
Develop relevant goals and patient outcomes using therapeutic exercise/Exercise programming
