With a Bachelor’s and Master’s in Applied Mathematics from the Illinois Institute of Technology and a Ph.D. in progress at the University of Illinois at Chicago in Industrial Engineering, Martha specializes in data and process mining to drive innovation and efficiency.

Martha is the author of Business Diva, a book series highlighting the journeys of women entrepreneurs worldwide. Hi, I’m Ashley – a passionate entrepreneur dedicated to helping small businesses grow while building my own. Since launching in 2021, my mission has been to create fun, community-driven experiences that uplift others. Through our Sip & Paint Parties—available for groups of 10 or more—and our At-Home Sip & Paint Kits, we provide creative, accessible ways for people to connect, relax, and express themselves.

In just a few years, we’ve proudly hosted nearly 30 small business events, providing a platform not only to showcase our services but also to spotlight other amazing local businesses. We love engaging with new communities, using social media to share our journey, promote small business owners, and spread positivity.
