Highlands Community Charter & Technical Schools (HCCTS) is at a pivotal moment.
On Tuesday, November 4 at 6:00 PM, the Twin Rivers Unified School District (TRUSD) Board will meet to discuss the future of Highlands — a school that provides second chances for adults, immigrants, refugees, and working parents across Sacramento.

This meeting is not a final vote, but it is an important step in TRUSD’s ongoing review process. It’s critical that the Board and community see the strength of our students, staff, and partners standing together in support of Highlands.
