Comedy fans and aspiring standups—this night’s for you! Join us at Queen Bean Coffee House for a brand-new experience that combines comedy education with performance.
From 6–7 PM, sharpen your comedy writing chops in a free workshop led by working comedians Branson Garza, Marcus Peverill, and Sam Pierstorff—a poetry professor turned rookie standup. You’ll get tips on joke structure, timing, delivery, and how to turn everyday moments into punchlines.
Then at 7:30 PM, it’s your time to shine (or bomb gloriously) at our Comedy Open Mic—open to all levels of experience. Whether you’re trying standup for the first time or polishing your set, this is a supportive space to try something new and laugh together.
