Born and raised Southsider, and nationally-known stand-up, Joey Villagomez has been featured on Bill Burr Presents: The Ringers, Paul Rodriguez’s Latin Kings of Comedy, and the HBO specials Habla, and Habla Mas en Chicago , and has headlined top clubs across the country including The Improv, Zanies, and Laugh Factory.

A father at only 19 years old, Joey's been through it all as a parent, and survived to tell the tale! Now he's coming to The laughing Academy to share his hard-won knowledge with you!

BRIAN HICKS

Winner of the Comedy 10K festival, and a frequent opener on tour with Michael Carbonaro of TruTV's “The Carbonaro Effect,” featured performer BRIAN HICKS prides himself on being able to bring the funny while keeping it clean. A headliner across the country at Zanies, FunnyBone, The Improv, Jukebox, Penguins and more, Brian is ready to knock the black knee-socks off some Glenview dads with his hilarious takes and killer crowd-work.

SCOTT GREEN
In 2009 Scott graduated law school and passed the Illinois Bar. That same year he was named one of the 100 best young writers in America. Naturally he became a magician.

Scott performs hundreds of shows a year—in person, virtually and on television. Credits include “Penn & Teller: Fool Us,” Steve Harvey’s talk show, team magician for the Chicago Bulls, and the world famous Magic Castle in Hollywood.
