The Community Folk Art Center, in Association with Joseph L. Edwards, Proudly Presents: A staged reading of Spell - A play with music that shares an enchanting story of love, truth, and transformation. See the show on October 24th & 25th at 7:30 PM. Tickets are Pay As You Will, with a suggested donation of $20.00

About the show: Spell follows the spellbound love of a princess and a warrior, ancient souls reincarnated in the modern world—only now, they stand as lawyers on opposing sides of a heated court battle. Ancestor Spirit Imhotep, bound by a prophecy, descends from the spirit realm to awaken their souls to a forgotten love before the Eclipse of Awakening happens. Yet, the relentless noise of the digital world and the barriers of modern life make rekindling their connection nearly impossible. As the clock ticks toward the eclipse, Imhotep must overcome both earthly and spiritual obstacles to reunite the lovers, break the ancient spell, and claim his own freedom before time runs out
