Where do I pick up my tokens when I arrive?

Cup/token packages can be picked up at the Ole Shop on Buntrock Plaza. Please have your email confirmation of purchase readily available.

Can I pre-purchase individual tokens?

No. We are unable to accommodate individual token pre-purchases. but they will be available on-site for $9 each.

Can I get a refund on the tokens I don't use?

All sales are final for drink tokens. No refunds.

Question 4

Why are you doing tokens and not cash bars?

The token system helps to decrease wait times at the bars and a better customer experience.

Question 5

Can my tokens be used for non-alcoholic beverages?

Accepted Answer

Yes. The bars will be serving a signature mocktail as well as NA beer. Complementary water and lemonade will be available on the campus green. The Cage and the Bookstore will have other beverages for sale during their open hours. Please see the schedule of events for specific times.
