Join the Brothers of St. John's Lodge No. 11 for our "Paint and Sip DC" event on Saturday. August 30th. We will be painitng "Washington's Bloom," a colorful portrait of DC's Cherry Blossums Season set at the iconic Tidal Basin, featuring the Thomas Jefferson and Bro. George Washington Memorials.

Tickets are $35 per Mason - guests and children are FREE! Drinks and beverages are available at the Almas Shriner cash bar (credit cards are accepted). The Lodge will provide appetizers and light snacks. Reduced garage parking is available — enter from 13th Street, bring your parking ticket with you to get voucher from Almas Shrine.

Participants will get step-by-step instructions from a professional DC artist. All supplies are included (canvases 9"x 12", easels, brushes, paint, and aprons. Create your own unique masterpieces while enjoying the relaxing environment of a sip-and-paint experience.

Is there an age limit?

No. Children are welcomed! Adults will need ID to purchase alcohol at the Almas Shriner Bar.

Wait, am I reading this right? Is this event FREE???

There is NO CHARGE for non-Masonic guests. So, if you are not a Freemason, you can paint and sip for free. You do need an RSVP - NO WALKUPS will be allowed.

What do I need to bring?

Yourself, you creativity energy, and a credit card or cash to purchase your favorite beverage or drink. We will provide all of the art supplies and light snacks.
