Step 1 – Pre-Qualification

You must be able to answer YES to all of the following:

• ⏰ Are you open to any shift? (Operations run 24/7, three shifts: day, evening, overnight)
• 🎓 Do you have at least a High School Diploma or GED?
• 🧪 Can you pass a background check, drug screen, and physical exam?
• 📋 Can you adhere to an attendance policy and arrive on time?
• 🗺️ Does the location work for your commute (Eastpoint Career Center)?
• ✅ Are you 18 years of age or older?

If you answered No to any of these, unfortunately you do not meet the requirements for these positions.

Step 2 – Apply Before the Event

Please apply for your position of interest prior to attending:

• ✈️ Aviation Assembler (Entry-Level, $20/hr + Hiring Bonus)
• 🛠️ Composite Technician (Entry-Level, $20/hr + Hiring Bonus)

💻 Assessment Option:
You’ll have the option to complete the assessment on-site in our computer lab during the event.

Step 3 – Register to Attend

You must register through the Maryland Workforce Exchange (MWE) to receive unemployment credit and confirm your seat.

🧾 To Receive Unemployment Credit:
1️⃣ Log into MWEjobs.maryland.gov
2️⃣ Navigate to Other Services → Appointment Center → Events Calendar
3️⃣ Enter Event ID: 116270, hit Filter, and then Register ✅
