Yes! The seminar is free of charge.

Can two (2) or more people join using only one (1) registration?

Accepted Answer

Only one (1) registration per person is allowed. 2 or more participants may register provided that each participant has finished the registration process under their own name.

Is the webinar conducted thru other social media platforms

Accepted Answer

The In-Depth Online Seminar is only conducted via Microsoft Teams.

Question 4

Will the presentation/s used in the seminar be given to us?

Accepted Answer

The presentation (in PDF format) will be sent to all participants who accomplish the evaluation form for each day.

Question 5

Can we just choose to attend only one (1) topic in the seminar?

Accepted Answer

No, selective attendance is not allowed. Those who registered must finish the seminar to receive their e-Certificate.

Question 6

I cannot attend the first schedule selected, do i need to register again for other schedules?

Accepted Answer

Yes! A participant must register for another schedule if they wish to attend at a later date.

Question 7

Can a colleague replace my slot if I cannot attend?

Accepted Answer

Yes! Just make sure (either you or the substitute) to inform us via e-mail (member_education@sss.gov.ph) or thru the webinar chat about the replacement.

Will the certificate be mailed to us?

The certificate is only an electronic copy, no physical copies of the certificate will be issued.
