Will there be any food provided?

Yes! Being a Matam, there will be light food (prasadam) provided to all in a TO-GO container. That is another reason we want to ensure you register / get tickets, so that we make enough for all.

Since it is FREE, do we need to register (get Tickets) to attend?

It is highly encouraged to register. The seats are limited and we want to make sure that once you come you will have a place to sit.

Can we meet Sri Dushyanth Sridhar

After the talk, Sri Dushyant Sridhar will be able to meet with devotees for a fixed period of time and will be providing opportunities to take pictures.

Can we take pictures / videos?

We encourage the Bhakthas to enjoy the program and not disturb others by taking pictures / videos.

Is the program inside the temple main hall ?

The program will be in SHANKARA HALL (auditorium, next to the temple) on the Stage and there will be chairs put in for people to sit.

Is there wheel chair access?

Yes, the temple and the Shankara Hall are friendly for wheel-chair access.

Is there place to store footwear while entering the auditorium?

Since it is inside the temple premises, shoes/sandals are NOT allowed inside Shankara Hall. There will be ample space in the footwear closets to store footwear.

Are there any dress restrictions?

There are no specific dress restrictions to attend the talk. However, if devotees want Darshan and pray in the temple, then there are the usual restrictions (No shorts, short skirts, sleeveless etc.). However, we do make available free-of-charge some dhotis/ wraparounds for devotees !

Can we donate to the program?

Are there any books we can buy of the speaker?

Yes. We will limited copies of the books of Sri Dushyanth Sridhar, which he will have it signed as well!

Are there restrooms available?

Yes. Restrooms are available for use for men and women.

Can kids join the event?

Kids who are able to sit and listen for the 2 hours duration are encouraged to join. However, if they are running around or if they are loud & disturbing others, then we encourage the parents to take them outside.
