At this meeting, you’ll hear more about SPRITE+ from our Director, Professor Emma Barrett as well as perspectives on hot topics from guest speakers in cyber security, data ethics and academic-industry partnerships. You'll then have the opportunity to connect with our multi-disciplinary group of SPRITE+ Expert Fellows, Project Partners and innovators from across the digital TIPS community. About SPRITE+

SPRITE+ connects people involved in research, practice, and policy with a focus on digital contexts. We are a ‘one stop shop’ for engagement between academic and non-academic communities – a way for these communities to communicate and connect, and a platform for building collaborations across the spectrum of issues related to security, privacy, identity and trust.

The Director of SPRITE+ is Professor Emma Barrett (University of Manchester), with co-Directors Professor Bill Lee (Imperial College London), Dr Stacey Conchie (Lancaster University), Professor Sakir Sezer (Queen’s University Belfast) and Professor Vladimiro Sassone (University of Southampton).

Membership is free and open to anyone involved in exploring SPRITE+ themes, from researchers, to business, government, law enforcement and civil society. Members receive a newsletter and can join the discussion lists. They have access to online resources, can attend events and bid for funds.
