Integrate Mind and Body Through Writing and Movement
Join us for a gentle and nourishing afternoon designed to ground your body, open your heart, and awaken your voice. Led by yoga teacher and writer Katie A., this workshop combines mindful movement and journaling to help you connect with yourself and others in a safe, welcoming space.
Through gentle yoga and guided writing prompts, we’ll explore themes of spirituality, growth, and emergence. This workshop is ideal for those who would like structured time to connect with others and themselves to discover new depths of peace and wisdom.
No writing or yoga experience necessary—just bring a journal, pen, yoga mat, and a willingness to listen. All other materials will be provided. Let your breath be your guide, your body be your anchor, and your words be your offering.
