Spring Valley Hospital — Childbirth Preparation Class

Prepare for one of life’s most beautiful moments with our welcoming, hands-on childbirth class. You and your partner or spouse will learn what to expect during labor and delivery, explore comfort techniques, and gain the confidence to make informed choices for your birth. Together, we’ll help you feel calm, supported and ready to meet your baby.

Start classes one month before your due date.

Price: $50 per couple

Tuesdays (6 to 8 p.m. for two weeks), Conference Room B

Registering for the first date of the month registers you for both classes.

Saturdays (9 a.m. to 4 p.m., one day), Conference Room A
