I have a nut allergy. Can I still join the class?

Yes. Nuts are in a separate container with a lid before the class starts, so you can omit them from your board. However, there will still be nuts in the facility, so depending on the severity of the nut allergy, there may still be a reaction.

Does my ticket include wine?

The ticket includes a glass of champagne for you to enjoy. There will be more champagne and wine available for purchase at the winery during the event.

What is included on the platter?

There are three cheeses, two types of salami, fresh and dried fruit, nuts, olives, edible flowers, fresh herb garnish and water crackers.
