Spring Mushroom and Wine Tasting

Come with an appetite for adventure! Join Mushroom Cultivator and owner of Three Cap Farms, Ian Triplett, with Nancy Deliso co-owner of 868 Estate Vineyards for an exclusive and interactive afternoon of Mushrooms and Wine.

Much like wine, mushrooms have distinct tasting notes and textures that make each one unique. We’ll taste four different kinds of mushrooms, each paired with a wine from 868, and enjoy a few mushroom-based treats. Hear from Ian, a former Marine, on how he became a mushroom farmer, learn about the mushrooms we’ll enjoy, and talk about ways to use different mushrooms in your cooking (or eating out!).
