Whether you're new to yoga or an experienced practitioner, this half-day of movement and mindfulness is designed to help you shake off winter and welcome spring with open arms and an open heart.

Jaimi is a passionate and experienced yoga teacher known for her grounding presence, fluid teaching style, and deep commitment to mindful movement. With over a decade in the wellness space, Jaimi has owned and operated a thriving hot yoga studio, where she cultivated a strong and supportive community centered around strength, balance, and self-awareness.

Specialising in Vinyasa Flow, Jaimi’s classes are both energising and intentional — designed to build physical strength while cultivating mental clarity. Her teaching weaves breath, movement, and mindfulness into an experience that empowers students to connect deeply with their bodies and inner stillness.

In addition to her studio, Jaimi has led numerous local and international yoga retreats, offering transformative experiences in stunning, soul-nourishing locations. Her retreats are known for their warmth, authenticity, and the space they create for genuine rest and renewal.

Whether you're stepping onto the mat for the first time or deepening an existing practice, Jaimi’s approach invites you to explore movement with purpose and presence — and to carry that awareness far beyond the mat.

Jaimi is a vinyasa, breathwork and yin teacher known for her ability to empower students through building internal and external strength, resilience and happiness. Bringing joy and playfulness to the practice she inspires others to embark on a life changing yoga journey. Her strong and dynamic flows encourage students to embrace their unique and incredible bodies.

Jaimi has undertaken 400hrs training at the Earth Yoga School in Thailand, and created and owned The Hot Yoga Room Mooloolaba, she has taught classes, workshops and national and international yoga retreats. 

Now a resident of SA, she hopes to share to transformational practice of a firey yoga class to many more beautiful humans.
